Although the personnel doesn't speak English and does not always show willingness to help there is always someone at the reception who is ready to help with any issue. So it takes time when you need something, but after dealing with English speaking personnel you feel totally satisfied.

The breakfast had a wide range of food and the coffee was exceptional. There were a number of restaurants in the hotel which offered a variety of Chinese food. Limited western choices but what was offered was tasty. Room was a decent size and overlooked the sea as advertised. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

I stayed here to attend a conference at the Xiamen International Conference Center, which is connected to the hotel. The room was comfortable and the hotel facilities were pretty good. The surrounding area is quite nice, with a pathway along the beach and a shopping mall nearby.
